Today we are going to find out which are the best airlines rated by Skytrax for 2010.
Speaking about the exclusive 5-Star Airline ranking, Skytrax CEO, Mr Edward Plaisted said:
"The greatest attribute behind 5-Star status is an airline's ability to deliver the combination of Product and Service. A great product standard is not by itself the key to a 5-Star ranking, and we are equally concerned by the Quality of front-line service that an airline provides. We are focussed on recognising airlines whose staff deliver a true 5-Star standard of service delivery.

1) Go to the official site of Skytrax (the link is on the right in Useful Links), browse the main page and look up the airlines that received 5 star ranking for 2010.
2) List 5 of them in your post, find their airline codes and their main hubs. Comment whether you have travelled with any of them and what your impressions of their product and service are.
3) Read passengers' comments on their experience with these airlines. What are some of the comments passengers make about the customer service they have received? Summarise some of the opinions in your post.

Asiana Airlines
ReplyDeleteExcellent service with good range of food and good wide screen. seats are the best seats I have experienced with personal privacy. 180 degree beds on long haul flight. It is definitely the best business class I have flown in a long time.Also they have a fantastic cabin crew and good entairtainment.
Cathay Pacific Airways
HKG to YVR, Flight was full and I had a lovely seat at the back of the flight. The cabin crew were good. The economy class its really bad and uncomfortable and I had a hard time to sleep or relax.They have only one improvement and it is the LCD screens.
Hainan Airlines
Some of them said that business class is good for only domestic flight .The food was very good but they can offer something better. Cabin seats were very comfortable.
Qatar Airways
It’s one of the best airline in the world. They have a good service and professional cabin crew. The food is perfect and the seats is really comfortable .They have the latest movies and it’s a fantastic entertainment.

Mr.Robinson was travelled firse time in Qatar Airways in business class, his flight was from DOH to LHR. He travelled on a new B777 and he said the seats was comfortable and the flight better with larger seats , the service in crew was fantastic, the food and drink was very good. Finally he said I would definitely travelled business class with Qatar Airweys again.
ReplyDeleteA lot of passengers have a good experience with Qatar Airline. There find a good services from all staff and good support services. There are some advantages and disadvantages opinion about the QR.

Most passengers rated for excellent because cabin crew were extremely responsive considering the journey from Doha to other country .
flat seat is very comfortable for whole class but sure the business and first class have much better.
There is an extensive menu and you eat what you want when you want, so it's a good way of adjusting the jet lag. Great in flight entertainment with vast choice of films. Excellent airline.
There weren’t any disadvantages from passengers but in my opinion in these days the prices been very high. I hope to low the prices
QR is one of the best airlines in the world. There quite a lot passenger recommended this one of the customer review from UK to DOH-LHR he/she like service of cabin crew, but him/her like Emirates and Singapore airlines more than Qatar Airways. However there also customer review didn’t Pleased he/she from Egypt to MCT-DOH-CAI a new A320 to DOH, he/she said that DOH is a horrible with only 4 restaurants that are always almost full.
ReplyDeleteAsiana Airlines is also has a lot of positive recommendation for example, one passenger said that the food was good, and surely the best business class he had flown in a long flight. However there are some of customer reviews weren’t happy about it, he/she said that their website is terrible and the staff wasn't friendly.
I will talk about 5stars airlines,there are five 5 stars airline in 2010,Asiana Airline,Cathay Pacific Airways,Hainan Airlines,Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines.
ReplyDeleteFirst, i will talk about Cathay Pacific Airways, its code is CX, in the long haul trip the First Class is 5stars, in Business and Economy Class is 4stars,also in the Short haul trip the Business and Economy class is 4stars. This is one of the customers opinion, he said from San Francisco to Hong Kong in business class is the worst business class seats ever and not comfortable.
Second, i will talk about Qatar Airways, its code is QA, its in Qatar and the manegar it Akbar Al-baker, the Airline is very good but if you want the most customers opinion, they said its really good and comfortable but its so expinsive.

The airlines recived the best airlines award in 2011 as skytrax ranking list.
Ill speake abouyt my self as a passenger who just came back using Qatar airways.The journy was very efficient and short,moreover i never found any problems with qatar airways and ill always wish to visite it again and use it to travel to any country.

Singapore airlines. One passenger wasnt satisfied .He said that the ticket was expensive and the fly attendant was very rude to him and she was very angery .He said he doesnt know why. When i called her she thouth that i want to eat she didnt even asked him what he need. She righsaway broght to him cold praed without even Cheese . Other passenger was really happy and satisfied .He said that he raelly appreciate for Singapore airlines .He said also that the plan was clean and warm .Thay have alots of options of food which good you can chose what ever you like .Seats were very comfotable also the ticket is suitable for everyone

ReplyDeleteOne passenger said the he is very happy with Cathay Pacific .They have excellet services also the fly was very smooth there wasnt any Complications .The economic seats were very comfortable even he pooked for economic class still they were the beat for him .He said that the plan is the frist plan in the world who that has baby sitter .
In the ranking of skytrax is received stars for the airlines and there were five airlines how got 5 star in 2010.First airline was Asiana Airlines ,the main hub of (OZ) is Incheon International Airport. Second airline was Cathay Pacific Airways (CX) and take from Hong Kong International Airport hub for it. Then Hainan Airlines (HU) , the main hub is Beijing Capital International Airport. Forth airline was Qatar Airways (QR) and the main hub is Doha International Airport. Last one was Singapore Airlines, Singapore Changi Airport is taken hub for (SQ).
ReplyDeleteI have experience with Qatar Airways, it has excellent service everything was good , it was comfortable flight. The food was fresh and the seats were comfortable. The staff is professional and know how to deal with customers. Most of the customers give QR in the rating 9/10 and they hope to travel with it agine.One of the passenger said I did not score a 10 is because of the delay and entree quality.
Asiana Airlines One customer travelled by it , from London to Osaka . He said that the service in this airline was very good and the seats were comfortable . Also he said that the staff were always around the passenger and they asked them if they need something or not . And he said it have good quality of amount of food and drinks .
ReplyDeleteFrom Entebbe via Doha to Guangzhou one passenger travelled and he said that the service and the check – in was excellent , he travelled by a good price , and the cabin crew was definitely handle bid responsibility .
5 Star Airline stats recognizes the airlines at the forefront of product and service delivery quality achievement and they are ranked to 5star are : Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Hainan Aielines, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines. I will write about Qatar airways . A lot of passengers have a good experience about it because it have a very good and high quality services but in the same time it so expensive but any one want a good service and a comfortable flight he/she have to pay a lot.
ReplyDeleteThere are about 759 reviews and customer review scoring in a hall it is between 9.1 out of 10 and I see between 13 review on first page the customer scoring was start from 6 out of 10 and not any one scoring for Qatar airways under 6 . Also there are some example about what customers write .
One of the customer the scoring 6 out of 10 said : his flight was from manchester - Doha . He said the cabin services was slow but receptive to requests also,faulty headset was not working correctly on his seat and one of the toilets flooded and causing queuing at forward economy toilet area for that he scoring for Qatar airways 6/10 . Also there are how scoring 10/10 and he is one of the Qatar airways customer he said: for his short flight from BKK to SGN, he enjoyed with the crew because their wereso friendly ann happy to help customers and the catering also ,was grate with a good food .
