ill talk to u about my experince when i went to Eygpt ciro in 2008. i arrived in ciro airways at a very busy time i was in the last of the queue behind nerly more than 30 passenger, untile one of the custumes who was wearing a police uniform came to me and told me give me money and ill open a new row and ill be the first one.
ReplyDeleteSo this was the only experince i faced in airports and i find it as a good experince cause it was in my favor although it was a wrong thing to do.

ReplyDeleteMy experience was in DAM last year. I travelled to Syrian DAM. It was a nice airport and good concourses. But the check-in areas were very strict with passengers. There checked the passengers very authorities. I felt angry because they removed my laptop from the bag and also remove my camera from the bag and they checked all my buckets. It was moreover thing about me.
ReplyDeleteWhen I arrived to Qatar International Airport I brought with me a heavy bag. When I did check-in, the customer service said it was more than 80 KG. Then I went back home to pick up few clothes from my bag. Then I went back to the airport then the counter closed. I complained to customer service but she said

On my flight back from Egypt to Qatar I had a problem with my baggage l had a small .The flight attendant was really good because they respect all passengers in the plane . The story started when l forgot to wear my seat belt . The cabin crew told me to put it .Then l gave her my small baggage and she put it the top. When the plane landed . I disembark and went to the baggage reclaim area. I forgot my small bag in the plane . Then l went to the customers service and I talked to them . The answer was not good for me because said they need my name and phone number . I waited for them until now but they have not called me . The secret think was the bag has my ticket and some chocolate but I wanted to now how is the service .
ReplyDeleteBefore two months,i was traveling from Qatar to Dubai, i was carried a little bag on my hand, when i was waiting on the concourse i slept, after i woke up very late and there only ten minutes for the gate to close,after i ran to the gate and went to the airplane,when i went to Dubai i remamberd that my little bag in the Qatar airport, after i went to the customers service in Dubai airport and they talked to Qatar airport, after they found my baggage, when i came back to Qatar i went thier and i took my baggage from them and i really thank the customer service in Qatar and Dubai.
ReplyDeleteIn 2008, I had a problem in the airport with the customer service .I arrived to DOH and when I went to the baggage reclaim I didn’t find my bag so, I went to the customer service and I told them about my lost bag . They told me to give them my number and they will call me when they find it. I was waiting for 3 months and then they called me and gave me my bag. They were polite with me and all my things were in the bag ……

ReplyDeleteThe custumer service was very bad they need money to process your passport or you have to wait 3 hours.
I went to meet the manager but the manager was same. I called Qatar embassy and they helped me.

In 1999 Abdulaziz travelled to Egypt on his own. When he board the plane he put his baggage in baggaege box. After arrived in Qatar he forgot to take his baggage. He spoke with customer service in Qatar who were not very helpful, because they didn't think it was their mistake. They didn't speak to him politely. He was very angry and he will never forget his baggage again.
ReplyDeleteLast year I travelled from Qatar to Egypt. The flight on Qatar airways was good. When I arrived in Egypt I disembark from the plan. I remember I had put my bag in the overhead bin. So I went to the customer service to complain about the bag that I forgot on the plan. I was worried because all my cards and my passport were inside the bag. They didn’t talk to me politely, so I became annoyed. Anyway, they told me would contact me after a few days. So after a few days they gave back my bag.
ReplyDeleteLast month my father decided to travel to the UAE to visit his family, he Inver to me to go with him. we travelled and stayed there about one week . I had a great time there. The day that we want to return we face a problem in Doha international airport we wait for our luggage about 1 hour but we didn’t find it , my father talked to them about our bag , he describe the bag but the man how work there bring to us another bag . My father was nervous about their careless after that he toke to the manager and after long time they found it. They apologias to us and we back to home after that hard day.
ReplyDeleteLast year I travelled with my family to Spain . When we went to Spain every things were good and superior , but when we returned to Doha there was a problem , we didn't found our baggage ,when we want to took them from baggage reclaim every passenger took her bags and leves the airport and we stol wait but nothings no bags. Then , my father went and spok with security and the security went to manger and told him about the problem . After that , the manger came an spok with my father and he took some information about our laggage to help he to found it but when they were tooking some one came to manger and toled ' there is passenger took bages rong and he thought there are his laggage ', and it was our laggage . Finaly , we arrive the airport after five hours when we landed .
ReplyDeleteI travelled to Saudi Arabia with my family and we had many problems. First problem was with the passports, two of the passports were expired. Then we cancelled all the tickets and booked for next week. We had to travel next week, but we found all flights were full, so we booked at Gulf Air. When we came to the airport in the date, the chick-in staff told us there was problem with the plane, so it couldn’t fly. Then they made a booking for the next day.
