  1. Customer service is the key to any succesfull company, market place or any orgnaization which offer services to customer.
    Any orgnaization must offer excellent services to satisfy customers who are the heart of any orgnaztion.Due to the important role which customers plays in the revenue and income of the orgnaziation.A satsfied customer will talk positively and increas the reputation of the company,while if he was unsatisfied he will talk negativly and damage the reputation of the company.

Customer service is the most cricial thing to keep the customers satisfied and happy.This buisness should have professionally employee and have some experience to deal with their customers.The more customers you have the more revenue the company will make . And the bad service can also damage your reputation by telling other poeple .The company also needs to make some advertising to attract more customers .

  3. The first imprtant rule is to respect the customer to make him satsfied and reach his demands.
    Second rule is that every employee must know that the customer is always right to offer him the service he needs .
    Deal with problems and complains to develop the orgnaization and make sure it dosent happen to any other customer again.
    Listen to the customer to complains and ask for feedback to know if there is any problems which must be delt with and solve it.

Customer service is the service that is given to the customers and how you can help them without problems.If you want much more revenue you should find new customers but you should keep the old customers,because a lost customers means lost revenue.Word-of-mouth doesnt cost anything but,its the most important and effective promotion because its based on personal experience.Also if you treat the customers well they will be satisfied and they will talk positively about the experience.

However if a company wants more customers it needs to provide services for them. For example staff should to talk politely, help passengers and customer is always right. In addition it will increase the revenue and build good reputation. However if they treat badly to the customer it will damage their reputation and finding new customer is much more expensive than keeping the ones you already have.
